We drove to Three Ways for a quick stop and who should pull in behind us? You guessed it, Lance and Dell - for goodness sake stop following us, organise your own itinerary!
So we joined them for morning tea at Tennant Creek (a slight diversion), said farewells AGAIN and headed off. There was very little traffic on the Barkly Highway but we battled a very strong headwind. Lunch at a truck stop and then to Barkly Homestead (Diesel $1.89/l, Milk $6 for 2 litres!). We are staying the night here before heading for Queensland tomorrow.
