Left Mataranka, drove through Daly Waters (saw the old pub) to Elliott for lunch. We are aiming for Banka Banka Station.
We made it to Banka Banka which used to be a cattle station - it is currently owned by the S. Kidman group but is soon to change hands to a large resort group.
Soon after we arrived the gate was closed - sorry, no vacancies!
The old homestead can be seen in the background - a slide show of the history of Banka Banka was held adjacent to the homestead.
