We enjoy coming to Broome - beautiful scenery and parks, a city proud of its history and its development, excellent restaurants and accommodation and magnificent Winter weather.
We started the day with coffee at 'Zanders' on Cable Beach. There was no surf but the beach is quite beautiful.
Next it was into town, went to the Information Centre - nice view of part of the town across the park.
We then drove (4WD road) out to Willie Creek Pearl Farm for lunch and a very interesting tour. The whole process of pearl production was explained to us and we then enjoyed a cruise along Willie Creek - checking shells and looking for wildlife.
On the way home we visited Town Beach and passed Narelle's 'chocolate on flat white' Zoo Cafe.
